Stuart Donovan

Stuart is an engineer and economist with 10 years' experience working in the transport and energy industries in New Zealand and Australia.

Stuart has recognised expertise in:

  • Spatial, transport, regional, and urban economics
  • Public transport network and infrastructure planning
  • Emerging transport technologies and services
  • Parking policy and operations
  • Data analysis and modelling.

Stuart’s broad academic and professional background provides him with a useful blend of quantitative and qualitative skills. He is as comfortable developing bespoke quantitative models as he is communicating complex policy issues to general audiences. Stuart has experience providing expert evidence to public and private sector clients.
