We are a small not-for-profit, working with communities, clients and partners to advance projects and initiatives that help to create the changes our societies need.
Are you excellent in mobilising and creating new cross-community initiatives? Would you love to help more communities to develop their capacities and to create more exciting initiatives and actions? If so, this could be the role for you.
We expect that you will focus on helping communities to develop their actions in the areas of community energy, mobility co-operatives, placemaking, food and neighbourhood transformation processes (see www.thriving-communities.org for more context).
We are looking for someone to join our team in Slovenia from the beginning of 2025. We are flexible on where you would be based in Slovenia. You should be comfortable working from home and/or a co-working space, using digital communications and meet-ups to communicate with other team members.
We strive to take care of our team, and to offer great remuneration and terms of employment. Salary expectations will be discussed transparently with shortlisted applicants. We expect that initially this will be a 2-year fixed-term position, with ample opportunity to help attract funding to extend and expand this work.
Excellent English and fluency in Slovenian is required.
