Korimako is seeking an Assistant Advisor to join our team in Slovenia and support community change in south-east Europe.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping communities to achieve the changes that are really needed to create a thriving future for all.
You are excited by the potential for transformational community-led initiatives in Slovenia and Europe, and impatient with the status quo. You are at an early stage in your career and are keen to develop your experience in this field.
You are interested in working with citizen-groups, NGOs, institutions and government organisations to build partnerships and deliver change initiatives. Ideally you bring some experience in creating, shaping and supporting innovative community actions.
You are well-organised, with an eye for detail, and skills to support our: communications, storytelling, reporting, evaluation, events and funding proposals.
We offer competitive remuneration and a supportive, flexible and rewarding work environment. An ability to work independently with self-motivation is essential. Initially we expect to offer a 6-9 month contract, with potential for growth and extension. The role can also be part-time and may suit someone who is still studying.
