Organisation Details

Korimako is registered in Slovenia as a non-profit institute: Korimako – zavod za svetovanje in stateško načrtovanje, Maribor (Matična Številka 8794847000 and Davčna številka: SI99999382).

Korimako is also registered in New Zealand as a limited liability company operating as a social enterprise: Korimako Ltd (Company #5421764). Korimako operated as a Community Interest Company in the UK between 2016 and 2018) and as ‘Tim Taylor sp’ in Slovenia 2018-2021. These entities are/were under aligned governance, but not legally connected.

Zavod Korimako is certified as equivalent to a Certified Public Charity in the USA.
