Training and support programme in Mission-led Community Change – 10/11 March in Maribor, Slovenia.
A mission-led approach forces us to explicitly reframe, rethink and reorganise around what is actually needed –
rather than what we currently think is possible.
A mission-led approach to community change therefore demands a massive shift in our mindset. It means working
very differently to how most of us have been trained and rewarded to operate. This demands that we build our
personal and community capacities to adopt and pursue mission-led change. During this introductory training we will use collaborative
learning approaches to help you to:
- Understand how a mission-led approach can help your
community. - Practice adopting a mission-led mindset
- Gather skills for using a mission-led approach to organise, plan, and manage radical change for your community
