Developing public sector innovation capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Working with Smart Up – Social Innovation Lab from North Macedonia and Dark Matter Labs from the UK we helped to develop and deliver a training programme to build the innovation capacities of senior public sector leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina – for implementation of more user-centred services and policies that respond to 21st century challenges.
Being the first training programme of this kind in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the aim of the programme was to build capacities for innovation of a group of senior government leaders and present them with the opportunities provided by public sector innovation. More specifically, we worked to introduce tools and methods that enable more democratic, effective and accountable governance.
