What We Offer

We support organisations, businesses and the public sector with transformative innovation processes that deliver direct improvements in operations and quality of life for citizens.

We advise and coach our partners through robust innovation processes, including steps to:

  • Research and frame problems and opportunities to tackle with innovation
  • Ideate and shape innovative responses to local needs, using proven innovation tools and techniques
  • Co-design, prototype and implement innovative actions and initiatives
  • Learn fast, adapt, scale and tell stories

Our work in public sector innovation specifically helps governments and public institutions to develop and implement new ideas, actions, collaborations and processes to improve public services. We help public sector actors to deploy advanced innovation processes that are evidence-based, experimental and focussed on delivering a better quality of life for citizens.

As part of our transformative innovation services, we excel at designing and facilitating creative, engaging and fun workshops, trainings, meetings and conference sessions – empowering everyone to contribute to learning and the creation of ideas and new initiatives.

Why

Transformative innovation means using processes for collective problem-solving and creation of new ideas, projects, or practices to address local needs, challenges and aspirations in radically better ways. This means taking a broad and bottom-up approach to innovation that involves citizens, local groups, NGOs, businesses, local government organisations, and/or social enterprises.

Ideally, we work to link transformative innovation to community development initiatives and pathways for overall mission-led community change.
