Developing mission-led pathways towards a thriving and climate resilient future for Križevci.
We are working with partners in Križevci, Croatia to advance a mission-led approach to creating a thriving and climate resilient future for Križevci Prigorje region.
On this Climate Resilience in Synergy (CRIS) project, we are working with local partners the Municipality of Križevci and Creative Opportunities for Rural Activity and Climate (KORAK). We will be building on our previous collaborations with Križevci, KORAK and other local actors since 2019 – eg. through Future Cities of SE Europe, Danube Energy Communities Accelerator and Placemaking for Citizen-led Missions in SE Europe (PLACE) projects.
This project starts at the beginning of 2026 and runs to mid 2027 – thanks to support from the Pathways2Resilience programme (which supports action towards the EU Mission: Adaptation to Climate Change).
We will be bringing our experience of supporting communities with mission-led change and transformative investment approaches. Along with our experience already working through the Pathways2Resilience programme in Cetinje, Montenegro and with Sv Nikole in North Macedonia. We are also excited to explore opportunities for regenerative bioeconomy pathways as part of our work on climate resilience in Križevci.
